As a woman of a certain age- different parts don’t work like they used to and it’s never a problem. She tailors the work out to your needs and abilities. And her work outs are never dull.  She keeps you and your body guessing. Besides the custom workout- Aimee is a great listener.  Body and mind therapy all in one!

    “Hi! What can I say about my experience with Aimee Magnon? Tons! First of all, she is an amazing friend, mom, and prayer warrior. I’ve been training with Aimee for 3 1/2 years. I met her through a multi Al friend and have been blessed ever since. When Aimee first began training me, I couldn’t even do a full sit up with out help. I had also recently been to my physician and had been told I had high cholesterol, was needing to lose at least 10 lbs, and am pre diabetic- A1C at 6.2. Since training with Aimee, I have lost and maintained my weight 130 to 135lbs, my cholesterol is down, and I am still around 6.2 on my A1C which means I am not diabetic. If you don’t know about Aimee’s knowledge of diet, medicines, and health advice, you need to. I constantly ask her what to do, eat, and take to make my diet, health, and daily life better. Even if it is advice about what to eat after a virus. I am so blessed to have Aimee in my life. I will skip over a lot of things but my “Aimee Time” is sacred.

    “When I started training with Aimee over five years ago, my goals were simple.  I wanted to shape, tone, and feel good about myself.  These goals are not scale related. Through Aimee’s accountability, motivation, and variety of workouts I have been able to reach these goals and so much more.  Aimee encourages me to push past what I think I can do.  I am so much stronger and confident than when I started this journey.  My workouts never look the same, so they never get boring and this keeps me looking forward to what she has for me next.  I trained for a 15K race in 2020, and Aimee changed the focus to help me reach that goal. 

    After going to Aimee’s home gym for training for a little over a year, my family moved to Cherokee County.  I began training with her via FaceTime using the equipment I have.  There are a million ways to get there – pick one 😊.  So, if you want someone who will hold you accountable, motivate you to want to work out, provide a variety of workouts, be flexible with you, then reach out to Aimee.  If you are lucky, your husband/partner will compliment your “tush” as much as mine does!”

    “I know that most people would like to be healthy, me included! I have always enjoyed exercising but it seems like the older that I got I started experiencing more and more injuries with exercise. It was really frustrating! I am 67 years old and I feel better than I have in years. What has changed for me is working with someone who can coach me in proper form so that I do not injure myself. Aimee works with me twice per week; I workout with weights, bands, ropes, cones and she introduced me to boxing which I really enjoy. She inspires me, she taught in the public school system for years; loves to teach and incorporates it in every aspect of her training.
